Cohort Group Effectiveness and the Educational Achievement of Adult Undergraduate Students

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between cohort group functioning and educational outcomes of student members participating in an adult, accelerated degree completion program. The study investigated the relationship between cohort group development and group productivity as measured by the grade point average of student members of a particular cohort group. Significant correlations were noted.
